Indroneil considers himself as an enabler and accompanist in your journey of healing and transformation.

A great believer in man’s ability to heal himself, he prefers to merely facilitate the process of Nature healing its own being.

This belief brought him to take up the practice of healing with Bach Flower essences around 2010, as it’s one of the very few practices where no human intervention is required in the healing process. The flowers heal.

Indroneil’s role in the process of healing and transformation is predominantly focused on diagnosis, remedy selection, treatment planning and follow through.

Indroneil is gifted to be a cumulative thinker. He listens and observes at an incredible level of depth, not only to what is expressed but also to the unsaid. He uses this innate ability to synthesize and arrive at a diagnosis which goes much deeper than the superficial symptoms to encompass the causes. This also helps him to quickly get a gestalt view of the individual as a whole, which in turn guides his course of treatment, aimed at healing you from the core.

As an Applied Behavioural scientist, a certified Gestalt Psychotherapist and a Transformational Coach, he has deep understanding of human behaviour and emotions, their inter-relationships and underlying drivers. This wisdom helps him to choose remedies judiciously and ensure that their combination is harmonious.

Besides enabling healing and transformation with Bach Flower essences, Indroneil has been, for more than two decades helping others to heal using music, mindfulness and meditation.
Much before he was formally inducted into any healing modality, Indroneil could help others to heal by his sheer intent and compassion. Even today, while in consultation with his clients, he naturally brings forth his deep compassion towards the client, intending the client to be healed and transformed from the core.
