Why Bach Flower Essences?

Bach Flower essences do not have any chemicals. They are purely vibrational, carrying energetic imprints of the flowers they are derived from.

I knew dada (that’s what I call Indroneil) for only a few months when I met with a near-fatal accident, which impacted me not only physically, but mentally as well. The condition is medically called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PSTD), but there is no definite cure for it. I suffered from foggy brain condition, which was the result of the concussion I had during the accident. My journey with Bach flowers commenced in Sep 2020 when I was going through a very sensitive phase in my life. Wherein I was physically recovering from long Covid that struck in June 2020. I was scared, fearful, anxious, lacked confidence in myself and faith in life. My own identity as a woman was shadowed with self-doubt, anxiety and fatigue. I had never seen such an image of myself in the mirror and it frightened me to be honest. I was a single mother, emotionally vulnerable, physically weak and financially unstable as I had given up my job in order to recover. Bach flowers became my ray of hope from the beginning as I had tried various modalities of healing, physiotherapy, yoga, spiritual cleansing and counselling thus far and was a practicing therapist myself.
